Z, you will be happy, IMO, with the new Pep rooms. They have done a nice job. The regular tower rooms are very nice, pleasant, bright (but not too) comfy tones.

They are a bit better than the Deluxe Eldo rooms, I'd say.
I've never stayed at the Slender LegsISay. (Thrown in for Stan?)
But SL doesn't get high marks from most posters.

Allegiant Air's discontinuing it's Bellingham to Reno flights is bad news for us up in Vancouver B.C. It was the most economical, not to mention quickest way, to get to Reno for us. I guess I'll sign up for SouthWest's "Dings".

Didn't read anything about Club Cal Neva, Little Nuggets Awful Awful or Shotters, to me Reno always has it atmosbhere tho admited it changes but except for the distance I don't understand why anyone living in California would go to an Indian casino compared to the better gambling oppurnites offered across the border, plus comp drinks while playing.

I'm one of those Californian's who have access to 5 Indian casinos within an hour's drive, and Reno is a little over 2 hours. Why go to an Indian casino? no intellectual reason can be given or logical argument made. Reno is better on every level, period.

However, we still go to the Indian casinos occasionally. It ALWAYS is spontaneous with limited time and money behind it. It's a Friday night, you have 3 hours and a hundred bucks to add to your $60 free play the Indian casinos give, so you visit one for a couple of hours.

Some years we don't go at all, other times, we visit once a month for the free play. We're in an off time here, scoffing at them, and waiting for Reno, but who knows next month?
