If any of you play the Quick Hit machines I've become such a big fan of recently, I just wanted to pass along this information. I was recently on Bally Gaming's website at www.ballytech.com to see if they had any paytable/hit frequency information available about a few of their games.

While investigating the various Quick Hit Machines in different denominations, the highest overall hit frequency appears to be on the Stars and Bars - anywhere from 11% to a whopping 18% higher than the other machines in the series depending on model and denomination. The lowest overall hit frequency appears to be on the Black Gold Wild. The Double Jackpot Triple Blazing 7s and Black & White 7s are just slightly higher than the Black Gold Wild, but only by about 0.10%.

I know at the end of the day it's all down to that random number generator, but I found this interesting. In less than 48 hours, looks like I'll be back at Harrah's to investigate!
