I met up with Jerry last week in Laughlin (of all places!). He informed me he is on the way to spend about a week in Reno, so I thought I would be a good citizen and warn everyone. 
I spent a couple of days hanging out with Jerry, and he is a nice guy. We drank a lot of beer, swapped stories and even ate some food. He was nice enough to help me use up a $100 dining credit.... thanks Jerry. One of the stories he told me was that he was a "person of interest" in a murder at one time.
I had a great time in Laughlin, although the video poker treated me miserably.

Thanks for the kind words, Swedish One.  Glad I didn't misspell "Sweetish" or we'd likely get a few comments about our meeting in Laughlin.
Folks, it was a great time and you would all enjoy a few brews with CaSwede. I hope we get to do it more often. But based on our mutual lack of success in gaming, it will be hard to motivate such a trip.
Reno is no better. No good news here. Same ol, same ol. One more day to hope for some wins. |
