Then you can regale us rubes with tales of the Diamond plateau....

Of course, with Reno, one can never be quite sure just how literally the saying "Go for broke!" will become!

Well, curiosity got the Sierra, we're going to check it out. Not sure if we're staying in Tahoe or Reno, as the dinner is in Tahoe and an hour drive to Reno in uncertain weather after.....and it would mean one of us couldn't embark on the open bar (if there is one) poor R.....

You do understand that this is a ploy to get you to come and gamble? It looks like it worked. Have a great time, and be sure you check out the Diamond Lounge. I hit diamond 3-4 years ago........ah those were the days Wink

Yeah they got me, but I hope to get them.

We're staying Friday night at Harvey's, so R can drink away and not worry about driving into Reno late, (aren't I considerate?) Then over to Reno Saturday at Harrah's, and Sunday at Grand Sierra, GS didn't have Saturday night available, though still trying to hook it up, then we won't stay at Harrah's Reno Saturday night.

Comped nights, some comped meals and we have various free slot play scattered about, and plan to low roll it through the area. I'm curious as to the Diamond renewal dinner Friday night, it lasts for 2 hours and the menu reads pretty good. They are also giving away 10 grand in drawings based on play the few days before. Since we're getting there the day of the event, and low rolling, we may get one or two in the hopper. In other words, fat chance. But it should be worthy of a trip report.....
