just a reminder.

it pays less then 3:2 and give the house another 3%+ advantage over you. boycott these games and only play blackjack that pays 3:2

Curious as to how many places in Reno have changed to a 6:5 game? Are there still many single deck 3:2 tables around?

In Vegas its getting harder and harder to find 3:2 tables. Heck even the dumbasses are lining up to the even money tables at the Rio (because the dealers are in bikinis)

There is still lots of 3:2 single deck in Reno at $5 minimums, sometimes even lower at a few places (Bonanza, Baldini's).

The 6:5 is mainly at Eldorado, Silver Legacy, Harrah's. I would guess it's probably at the Hilton, too, but I haven't been there in a while so don't know for sure.

cal neva has 2-3$ 3:2 black jack. Atlantis has some of the worse blackjack rules around giving them a 3% house edge. so i would stay away from atlantis el dorado harras and silver legacy for sure. and if you find any other places with 6:5 you should post them.

Thanks so much for the info- The Cal Nev has always treated me pretty well in regards to blackjack. I will try and post in my trip report what I find regarding blackjack- I am just worried about my memory after a few days.

My vote absolutely goes to Cal-Neva for best minimums, rules, and table availability - go to the "secret" upper floor, where there's more tables! (It was a secret at least to me, until I discovered after having been in there a zillion times and never noticing it.)
