I like it there as room rates are great on the weekend not a 5 star but good 3 star room. The rooms are across the parking lot. The restaurant's are very good with good early bird specials and a great value at their Primo's deli.
I play the game king machine's have had some good hits like other casino's. This has a lot of local's. No entertainment here. Sports bar and the best Mojito's in town. Large .99 margarita's if you dine at Poncho Willies.
Not sure about the comps, not a big gambler here. I never had any offers from this casino, just dining credit. Overall I like this casino as I do like the smaller casino's.

Thanks for the info, do they have Keno? I think they are owned by
Peppermill, sure looks like them. I see it's close to the Steels sports
and the outlet stores. Looking forward to the trip.

Sorry to say NO Keno. I too enjoy the live keno. Yes on the shops just take the road to the left of the lake/pond across WV rooms. First or second floor lakeside rooms are nice. And yes it's a peppermill property but you need a WV players card. Get players card at hotel check In inside casino enter rear side door. Peppermill also owns 2 maybe 3 properties in Wendover NV and
a Concert Hall. Wendover properties are large nicer casino's.

I stayed at Villagio a few times in 2015. It's the nicest $40 motel room your likely to find anywhere. It's reasonably clean and well appointed, with an LCD TV, a fridge and even USB outlets next to the bed. The furniture is typical Peppermill. Most bathrooms are small, but how big a bathroom does one need? There's too much smoke in the hotel and the casino is even worse, but the non-smoking rooms were no more smokey than I remember of Peppermill tower non-smoking rooms I used to stay in. Even though it's way out in Sparks, access is easy and not having to trek five minutes to your car and another five minutes to wind out of a garage makes it convenient to most popular destinations. Rooms on the marina side have a more interesting view.

Sorry for the late addition to the thread. Did you stay there this last weekend? If so, how'd you like it?

No, didn't make it. had a last minute change, looked like it was going to be a 25mph drive over the hill with the storm coming in so switched to Riverside in Laughlin. But next trip to Reno we'll try it for sure, Thanks for all the input every one!
