Just checking in. Left work at 5 15 last night , headed over I-90 to Yakima and down 97. We decided after seeing alot of road carnage (deer) and alot of deer roaming the sides of the road we were safer driving behind this semi for a ways. So many deer out! Figured we would hope the semi got em and not us. Lol...Around 3 a.m. we were getting pretty tired. I was suprised I was even awake. I hardly slept the night before I was too excited. We stopped in Klamath Falls at a budget hotel. Slept maybe 5 hours. Now I'm awake and get fall back asleep. Of course! Drive so far has been pretty good. Got stuck in construction on Snoqualmie Pass and just north of Klamath. So that added at least 45 min in delays. My friend is sleeping still and I'm ready to hit the Pilot across the street for some coffee. Ready to get to Reno!

Good start. This is going to be the best Trip Report EVA.

So how many miles was it and what kind of speed did you average?

Well it was about 760 miles I think.. We kept it to only 5 over the speed limit. I like to speed but with it being dark and all the animals, didn't really want to drive too fast. Had delays due to construction which kinds sucked but for the most part hardly any traffic. Hit something last night that would have been 4 grand had I been max betting. Couldn't afford to be max betting tho.

I'm a little disappointed in the Travel Report so far. I may have to come down for the Italian Festival to show Y'all how it's done.

Even details of losses are welcome! Sorry to hear it wasn't a 'winning' trip, but it was still a trip, so fill us in!
