I have looked all over heck for the graph/forcast that most places have that tells of the typical highs and lows of the weather! For "Reno" I can't seem to find one..is there, and if so lead me to it?........
Air, rooms, everything seems to be at the top of the price list for June so we are looking ahead to July or so?...... Shocked

Try:

http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/KRNO/1972/7/1/PlannerHistory.html?dayend=1&monthend=8&yearend=1972&req_city=Reno-Tahoe+International&req_state=NV&req_statename=Nevada

If the link doesn't work go to wunderground.com home page and look for "trip planner."

Hello Irishmick. good to see you are trying for a trip to Reno soon. I doubt room rates will improve much for July, but you never know. July can be rather hot, but it always seems to cool down nicely in the evening. Reno has changed a lot over the years. Exclamation

Irishmick, have you checked the internet rates, they seem to be lower then prices advertised elsewhere, I got a room the 4th and 5 of July at 39.00. El Dorado, Silver Legacy and Club Cal Neva all came in the 40 dollar range. Of course these are Sunday through Thursday. Friday's and Saturday's are much higher.

The rooms seem to be priced not so bad. It is the dang airfare that is the hangup! We fly out of PDX at Portland Oregon and a package to several different ones was at +/- $129 round trip only about two months ago! Now the same travel agent wants around twice that!! I can fly to Las Vegas and have RFB at our casino/hotel for just a little more. We have wanted to spend some time at Reno though; as my wife once worked at Reno, Tahoe, and Carson City (where she lived) and she wanted to show me some places............Guess we will either wait or bite the bullet?.......Thanks all!...... Very Happy
