I had start a tradition to go to Reno for every Super Bowl since 2009, one year I do it in Vegas, too crowed so I'm back to Reno. I always got comp room for my 2 nights stay (Sat - Sun) and 2 tickets ...

Southwest use to have non-stop flight from SJC to RNO, too bad they discontinued that route 2 years ago, the only non-stop flight is on Alaska Airlines which I much preferred.

Last time when I was in RNO, near the luggage claim, on the left before you go out to taxi/hotel shuttle bus area, there a shuttle bus company that take you to Lake Tahoe, not sure how much they charg ...
